  • I ordered a product, but I'm not in your delivery zone. What happens next?
    • If you ordered an item and are not located within our delivery zone, we will issue you a refund.
  • What is the cut off time for same day delivery?
    • In order to receive your items the same day, you have to place your order by 1p.m. (CST).
  • When should I expect my delivery by?
    • You should expect your delivery by 9p.m. (CST) according to the delivery method you selected at check out.

      Returns

      • I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
        • If you wish to return an item you should review our return policy and contact us at customersupport@yourlocalsales.com.
      • How many days do I have to return a product?
        • You have 7 days to be eligible to return a product.
      • Can I exchange my purchase instead of returning it?
        • Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges.
      Payments
      • What forms of payment do you accept?
        • We accept various major credit cards along with PayPal, Google pay, Shop pay, Apple Pay, & Facebook pay.
      • How long does it take for a for a refund to be issued?
        • All approved refunds will be issued immediately back to the payment method used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This time will vary depending upon the payment method used.
